Block by block, we can make a difference.
Concerned Neighbors of Franklin Street is a newly forming civic association for residents in and around South Franklin Street. Our goal is practical: make it easier for neighbors to know one another, raise concerns together, and work constructively with the city and local partners.
Whether you’ve lived here for decades or just unpacked your first box, you have a place in the conversation.
